What we collect

• Account information — email address and display name, used to create and identify your account.
• Portfolio data — holdings, asset classes, values, and purchase dates that you enter manually or import via CSV.
• Financial profile — investment horizon, risk tolerance, and goals that you provide during onboarding or on the profile page.
• Conversation history — messages between you and the AI coach, along with generated reports, are stored so you can access them later.

How we use it

• To provide the AI coaching service — your portfolio and profile are sent to the AI on each message so responses are personalised to your situation.
• To display your portfolio tracker, saved reports, and market overview.
• To improve the product — we review aggregated usage patterns but do not sell individual data.

Third-party services

• OpenRouter — the AI provider that processes your messages. Your portfolio and profile data are included in the prompts sent to OpenRouter. Review their privacy policy at openrouter.ai.
• Yahoo Finance (yfinance) — used to fetch live market prices. No personal data is sent.

Data storage

Your data is stored on a private server in the EU. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers. Passwords are never stored — authentication is handled by PocketBase, which stores only a hashed credential.

Your rights

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We will remove all your data — account, portfolio, conversation history, and reports — within 7 days of your request.
